  • Where is the Crescent?
    The Crescent Town homes are located at the corner of Heber Avenue and Park Avenue, in the heart of Old Town, steps from the base of the Town Lift of Park City Mountain Resort, Quittin’ Time ski run, myriad restaurants, night clubs and art galleries.
    When will construction of the Crescent be completed?
    The Crescent will be finished in the fall of 2007.
    What is the design vision of the Crescent?
    The Crescent’s “mining town” Victorian exterior is complemented by its modern and luxurious interior. Whether you choose a contemporary interior design package or a mountain-luxury interior design package, the welcoming spaces of the Crescent will please you and your guests while offering the ultimate in advanced home systems. Pre-construction buyers have the opportunity to choose their finishes and color schemes.

    Who is the developer of the Crescent project?
    Park Place Associates led by Jack Mahoney is developing the Crescent. Other projects from this group include the Caledonian, a condominium/hotel at the base of the Town Lift of ParkCity, the Town Lift Condominiums, High Star Ranch in Kamas and private residences in Utah and Ojai, California. Jack brings 30 years in construction management expertise to the project.
    Who is the architect?
    Paul de Groot specializes in the development, architectural design, and construction in Park City’s “Old Town”. Having served as a commissioner and chair of the (former) Park City Historic District Commission in its formative years, he is pleased to offer yet another landmark--the Crescent Condominiums.

    Paul de Groot Building Services, LLC, is a diversified design/build firm. Since 1976 they have placed a special emphasis on “design for living”. From project conception, architectural design, building and project completion; distinctive attention to detail and experience ensures success with the most demanding enterprise.

    Will the units be furnished?
    The units will come unfurnished and ready for your special touches. Furniture packages will be available at an additional cost.
    How far is the Crescent from Salt Lake International Airport?
    The Crescent is a beautiful 40 minute drive from Salt Lake International Airport via I-80.
    Where is the city bus stop?
    Because the Crescent is located in the heart of downtown Park City, several public transportation options are available. One can either walk a short trip downhill to the base of the Town Lift or a few blocks uphill to the Park City Transit center to catch a free bus to any of the three local resorts, Kimball Junction for shopping and dining or anywhere else in town. The Crescent is walking distance to all venues on Main Street.
